Faithful Frank does their best to dispatch from Auckland within 48 hours of placement using NZ Post (please allow 3 – 7 business days).  We endeavor to process orders on the day received but can only send them the following day.

There may be an additional carrier if rural, therefore your delivery may be an extra couple of days. 

NB: During peak periods and extreme weather events, delivery could be up to 10 days.

Shipping costs are detailed in your order at the time of purchase.

Deliveries can only be made to a physical address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes
